I ship from Taunton, Somerset in the UK. Items are posted on Monday-Fridays (excluding bank holidays)
Shipping Times: I send almost all of my items 1st class with the exception of a few larger items which go on a 2 day courier service. Full details are given on each listing.Shipping times are in addition to processing times.
- Small parcel/letter – delivery 1-2 days
- Medium/large parcel – delivery 2-3 days
Shipping Couriers: I send 1st class items by Royal Mail. Large items get sent via a 2 day courier service with Parcel Force. Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Local Pickup: Items can be picked up, by prior arrangement, from Taunton in Somerset. Please email before ordering to receive a code to avoid shipping costs.
Order Processing Times: most items will be shipped within 3-5 working days after ordering. Some personalised orders (eg memory boxes) can take up to 14 days as this includes the design process and liaising with the client to perfect the design. Full details are explained on each listing.
If you need your item for a specific date please order in plenty of time and contact us before ordering to ensure we can complete your request.
European Orders: due to the nightmare caused by Brexit (thank you Barmy Boris!) I am no longer shipping to Europe until I can figure out the red tape.
International Orders: Please email for a quote to send to the US, Canada, New Zealand or Australia.
Domestic (UK) Shipping Costs:
- Small parcel up to 1kg = £4
- Small Parcel 1-2kg = £6
- Medium Parcel = £7
- 2 day courier = £9
- Large letter = £2.5
Refunds and Returns: I am happy to accept returns for a refund up to 30 days if the item is unused and in the original packaging. Please see my returns and refunds policy for more details. Personalised orders can not be returned unless faulty.
Damaged Goods: if your item arrives damaged in any way please contact us ASAP. Please retain all packaging and take photos of the damaged packaging and product. This is essential to claim the cost back from the courier and ensure a swift resolution to your issue.
How to track the status of your order: after ordering you will receive an email confirming the order, and a follow up when it has been shipped. If sending a large item by courier you will also receive a tracking number. Please feel free to contact me with any concerns about a missing order.
